He is an astute contributor to strategic management , business planning, and development opportunities. He has vast knowledge and experience in administrative management and purpose-driven abilities to take any organization to the next level.

Felix has held management positions and has served on various committees to enhance corporate governance of PBC Ltd in the Cocoa industry with over 30 years of working experience and 16 years in a management position.

Utilizing his expertise in Operations Management, He has been very pivotal in ensuring an increase in growth and prudent
management of resources in the area under his jurisdiction.

Maximizing all opportunities for growth and increasing productivity is his hallmark. Felix, apart from his Graduate academic qualifications in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Business Administration, is a Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants-Ghana (CIAMC) certified Professional Administrator and Management Consultant.

Felix is also a Corporate Governance Expert certified by the Institute of Directors-Ghana. Having gone through robust training in Alternative Dispute Resolution with skills in Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiation. Felix is a founding member of the Association of Pulse Practitioners of Ghana (APPG) and ready to contribute his quota in the harmonious leadership of both Public and Private Institutions.
